If only Light could look back at his old self, what would his judgement be? The sad moral of Death Note is that no matter how good your intentions are, how flawless your person is… the power or killing as easily as writing on a Note can’t be handled by human beings… not without losing what makes them human, first. Remember… a fellow God of the New World can’t develop feelings. That’s how most people screw up…
